Middle School/High School Strength and Conditioning

This progressive program, utilized alone or in conjunction with our Sports Enhancement program, was designed to develop the athlete in preparation for his/her sports season. Each athlete will be screened utilizing the Functional Movement Screen and individualized exercises will be provided to eliminate the athlete’s weakness. Class includes all forms of exercise including plyometrics. Each session is 60 minutes.

Individual Program Design

The results of the Functional Movement Screen in conjunction with your personal goals and fitness level will be used as a baseline for your individualized program. Orthopedic conditions will be reviewed and corrective and preventive exercises will be incorporated into your program. Weight loss goals will be addressed by a combination of exercise and nutritional components. Our wellness coaches will guide you through every aspect of your wellness program.

Sports Team Strength and Conditioning

Sports teams are able to train together (on or off site) and receive individualized programs designed around the functional movement of a specific sport. Our trainers will work on conditioning that focuses on game ready preparation for the athlete by incorporating a functional approach to strength training. Upper body, lower body and core strengthening exercises will be included, and athletes will learn effective exercises to reduce injury and maximize performance.

Educational Seminar Series

These educational seminars are continuously running and involve current topics of interest in health and fitness. Topics include, but are not limited to, Arthritis, Diabetes and Injury Prevention. Presenters may include Physicians, Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers and/or Nutritionists to deliver the necessary knowledge for our community to improve their health and well-being.
