Cara is a Physical Therapist at Integrated Rehabilitation Services. She first became Cara is a Physical Therapist at Integrated Rehabilitation Services who first became interested in this career due to a high school cheerleading injury. She continued cheerleading in college and chose to rehabilitate an ankle injury rather than undergo surgery, which could have ended her athletic participation prematurely to her last Collegiate Nationals. Because of her own experience and various work experience, she grew to love helping individuals return to activities that majorly impacted their own goals and quality of life. Cara continues to enjoy running, spinning, and exploring a variety of workouts and food recipes to promote a positive attitude toward a healthy lifestyle for her patients.
