Cara is a Physical Therapist at Integrated Rehabilitation Services. She first became interested in this career path due to a high school cheerleading injury. She continued cheerleading in college and chose to rehabilitate an ankle injury in PT rather than surgery, which could have ended her athletic participation prematurely to her last NCA Nationals in 2016. Because of her own sport experience and various work experience treating patients of all ages and backgrounds as well as fellow teammates, she grew to value the reward of facilitating return to activities that majorly impacted their goals and individual happiness. Cara is committed to leading a healthy lifestyle and does so with training for road races, spin, and exploring new workouts and food recipes to promote a similar positive attitude towards fitness and well being in her patients.
