Robert Huyler gained interest in Physical Therapy after coaching for a youth indoor rock climbing team. His athletes would approach him in regards to their injuries and Robert became fascinated in the nature of the injuries. He studied Exercise Science at Lyndon State College in Vermont, where he became an Adjunct Professor of three different courses. He also presented at the New England American College of Sports Medicine conference in 2010 on “Practical Training for Rock Climbing from Teens to Adults”.
