Physical Therapist

Ashley received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from American International College. Prior to obtaining her DPT, she attended Westfield State University, where she graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. During her time at WSU, she was a three-season athlete, competing in cross country and track, where she earned multiple spots on the college’s record boards. With an extensive background in athletics, Ashley has gained several years of experience as a track and cross-country coach.
As a Physical Therapist she is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to optimize their fitness levels and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Her certifications include Blood Flow Restriction Specialist and Certified Running Gait Analyst.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys running, spending time with her dog Zeke, and traveling.
