Integrated Rehab has assumed the operations of Center for Physical Therapy & Wellness, located at 693 Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield, CT. Angela LaBella, who has been in business in Bloomfield for over 35 years, will remain in this location and continue to provide physical therapy services, along with the rest of the clinical staff. We are happy to welcome them to our Integrated Rehab team!
