DPT, CSCS, CMP

Cara is a Physical Therapist at Integrated Rehabilitation Services. Cara became interested in physical therapy due to a high school cheerleading injury. She continued cheerleading in college and chose to rehabilitate an ankle injury rather than undergo surgery, allowing her to finish her collegiate career. Because of her experience with sport and work, she grew to love helping individuals return to activities that impacted their quality of life. She is passionate about furthering her training to better help her patients with her continued years of experience. Outside of work, Cara enjoys running, cooking, and time spent with her family.
