Physical Therapist
PT, CLT-LANA
As an undergraduate Bio major at UConn, Gail left school in her junior year to try to find direction. She worked as an Aide in the physical therapy department at a local hospital, and had never found anything more interesting. She finished her UConn degree and then completed a Certificate program in PT at Columbia University in 1976. Since that time, she has enjoyed working in outpatient orthopedics and has worked with several orthopedic surgeons, in private practices and at a rehab hospital.
Gail has been treating lymphedema since 1998 and enjoys it tremendously. She finds the dedication of those managing lymphedema inspiring. Gail has been certified as a garment fitter for multiple manufacturers.
In her spare time, Gail owns many dogs and has trained two of them to Agility Championships. She also has a horse and enjoys her every day!
