Strength & Conditioning
From high school to the professional ranks, strength and conditioning is a major part of playing sports. At Integrated Rehab we offer specialty athletic training to help athletes recover from injuries, prepare for upcoming seasons and competitions and teach preventative training that will result in fewer injuries during the sports year. Our athletic trainers are skilled in developing personalized programs to meet the physical goals of the athletes we work with and help each to customize strength and conditioning routines to stress certain muscle groups and improve endurance.
