Lynn Anne Champagne

Lynn graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.  She then became certified as an Exercise Test Technologist and worked as an exercise specialist at UMASS Medical Center working in Corporate Fitness, where she performed exercise stress testing, body composition assessments, taught weight management and developed strength and conditioning programs for corporate clients and professional athletes in the NFL and NHL. 

Lynn graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.   She later became certified in Advanced Manual Therapy in Cyriax orthopedic medicine, as a Graston Technique Specialist, and in Kinesiotaping.   She has received advanced training in Mulligan Manual Therapy, McKenzie techniques and Gary Gray functional closed chain techniques. 

She has worked in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics for over 29 years, where she treats professional, collegiate, high school and recreational athletes to allow them to return to their sports and compete successfully at an even higher level than before.  Her treatments incorporate advanced manual therapy techniques and functional assessments, to alleviate pain and allow successful outcomes for patients. 

Lynn believes in resilience in life for all my patients.  It is not how often you get knocked down that matters, but how many times you get back up. 

Her hobbies include weight training, skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and hiking with her 2 daughters and Golden Retriever.   She enjoys all sports, having played soccer, and run track competitively in school, where she broke the school record for the 4 x 100 sprint.
