Shelly Quirk, a graduate of Springfield College, has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1996, and opened her own private practice in October of 2005. She specializes in sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries; however she has additional training in women’s health and pediatrics. Following graduation, she trained with Brian Mulligan in manual therapy, where she was the second female in the United States to earn her accreditation as a certified Mulligan Instructor and currently teaches nationally. She enjoys treating patients, working with her current staff and teaching on the weekends.
Shelly was a three sport athlete who went on to play Division II Varsity Softball at Springfield College as a pitcher, as well as, played internationally in Holland. She coached soccer, tennis, basketball, and softball, before retiring from coaching. She now enjoys training for marathons, biking, running, skiing, hiking and golfing in her spare time.
