Physical Therapist

Steve is an Oklahoma native Physical Therapist Assistant with over 28 years of experience including 14 years of orthopedic experience. Steve relocated from Oklahoma to Connecticut in 2026 to be with family and joined the Integrated Rehabilitation Services team at that time. Graduating from Rose State College in Oklahoma City in 1997, he has worked in various areas of PT including inpatient and outpatient rehab, home health, wound care, acute care, geriatric care, skilled nursing, marketing and rehab director, with his first love being outpatient orthopedics. He became interested in physical therapy when his sister had a traumatic car accident and required extensive rehab, and then having a spine injury himself, Steve went through 2 years of PT, creating a drive to learn multiple disciplines to become a well-rounded clinician.
He is a caregiver at heart and enjoys serving others with encouragement and enthusiasm, utilizing the most up-to-date exercise and manual therapy techniques to help others live a full productive life. He volunteered for a 401c food pantry/resource group for 14 years to serve others in need. Steve’s life is about serving others. In his free time, Steve enjoys working with his Australian Shepherds, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with family.
