Our athletics trainers were on-site at the 7th Annual LaxJam, an event we sponsored in April.
MAX DAY OF GIVING
We sponsored the Max Day of Giving 5K and Vendor Fair on April 13th in South Windsor.
MHS HEALTH FAIR
Mike DalMolin and Steve Wolak represented Integrated at Manchester High School in May.
TCCC GOLF TOURNAMENT
We proudly sponsored and participated in the Annual Tolland Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament.
BOWERS LACROSSE TOURNAMENT
Integrated provided Athletic Training services for the Bowers Lacrosse Tournament in June. Kevin Hoffman was one of our trainers on-site.
REBUILDING TOGETHER
We participated in Rebuilding Together Manchester, an initiative to help improve the low-income family homes.
TOLLAND SPEED & AGILITY CAMP
This year’s Speed and Agility Camp included a variety of drills and activities that focused on speed, agility, explosive strength and more. Athletes were challenged across different movement patterns such as shuffling, sprinting and jumping, to better prepare them for their upcoming sport seasons.
Each athlete helped choose the last day’s activities and earned an Integrated Rehab T-shirt and water bottle for their participation. We hope everyone has a great school year and look forward to next year’s camp!
BOLTON SUMMER SERIES
Integrated was on-site every Wednesday for the weekly family-friendly cross-country races to provide injury assessments.
